Farfetch Order Marked as Delivered, But Never Received

I ordered a pair of shoes from Farfetch, but although the order shows as "delivered," nothing has arrived at my address. I've tried emailing and messaging them on Instagram, but there’s been zero response. I feel completely ignored and left without any resolution.

Farfetch’s lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating, especially as I’m unable to get my money back. I expect either the shoes I paid for or a full refund, and I urge Farfetch to address this issue promptly. This experience has been highly disappointing, and I need Farfetch to take responsibility for this missing order.
