Farfetch Ignores Refund Request After Burberry Item Stuck in Turkish Customs

On June 17, 2025, I ordered a Burberry product through Farfetch. My order number is: SFZL3P. While I was expecting to receive the product at my address in Samsun/İlkadım, the product got held up in customs and I was charged customs duties. During the ordering process, I was never informed that customs fees would be my responsibility. I paid €340 for the product. I was informed that the customs processing would cost approximately $580.
For this reason, I requested a return of the product and tried to reach Farfetch customer service via email, but I haven't received any response. This is the first time I've experienced such a problem, and I want my grievance to be resolved.
I demand either a refund of my money or that Farfetch cover the customs duties for the product.
