Farfetch Shorts Customer on €460 Refund and Ignores Emails
I made a purchase through the Farfetch app and immediately canceled it, but my refund came back short. I want the full a...mount refunded. What kind of irresponsibility is this? I sent an email and they won't even respond to my email. I made a €460 purchase and I want my €460 refund.
