Farfetch Won’t Deliver My Order or Respond to Emails

On November 12, 2025, I placed an order for a pair of boots through Farfetch Europa and paid 117.50 €. During shipping, I was informed that the product was held at customs, but there has been no progress since then and the item was never delivered to me.

I emailed the company to get an update and find a solution, but I have not received any response. I’m not getting the product, and I’m not being informed about the situation in any way.

Since I never received the item, I request a refund of the 117.50 € I paid.
