• Remove or update your saved payment method to prevent further unauthorized charges
• Take screenshots of the charge, your account status, and any subscription details
Contact Falla support and explain that the charge was not authorized;
• Provide your registered email/username, transaction date, amount, payment method, and screenshots
Ask them to;
• Investigate the unauthorized charge
• Refund the amount taken without consent
• Confirm that all future billing has been permanently stopped
If support does not reply or refuses to help;
• Consider posting a complaint on Xolvie to bring attention to the unauthorized billing and seek a refund or resolution
