Falla App Charges Money Without Permission

Falla is a fraudulent app that withdraws money on its own, putting users in a difficult situation. Banks should take this issue seriously and investigate, but instead, they refuse to acknowledge the problem.

Payments are processed without user consent, and when people try to dispute the charges, they’re told that the company is suspicious, so payments can’t be refunded—which makes no sense! This is unacceptable and leaves users completely helpless.

Banks and Google Play need to take action against this app.
