Fakir Innovator X Plus 7286 Vacuum Disappointing Quality

On September 17, 2023, I purchased the Fakir Innovator X Plus 7286 cordless vacuum from Bursa Media Markt. From the first day of use, I regretted my decision immensely. The dustbin lid of the vacuum, which is only two months old, is of such poor quality, like bird feathers. Despite handling it with extreme care, it broke again. I practically avoid emptying the dustbin to prevent it from breaking. But even then, it still broke. And this poorly manufactured lid is not covered by the warranty. Am I supposed to keep paying for a new lid every two months? Fakir needs to use a sturdier material for the lid or provide a free replacement. I'm fed up with encountering the same issue repeatedly. Additionally, the connection button on the vacuum's tube also broke off in my hand. I already replaced both two months ago, paying ₺850, and yet, I'm facing the same issue again. The product is made with the sensitivity of bird feathers; it's driving me crazy. I didn't spend ₺800-₺900 every two to three months to put up with this. I request free replacement of the tube and lid or else I'll demand a full refund, utilizing all my rights. I have never regretted purchasing a product as much as this one. It's nothing short of a disappointment.
