Fakir RS 760 Robot Vacuum Battery And Charging Problems Persist Under Warranty

I purchased my Fakir RS 760 robot vacuum about 6 months ago from the Evshopysn store in Cumhuriyet Mahallesi, Polatlı/Ankara. Since the day I bought it, I have been experiencing serious issues for the past month. The robot’s voice notification feature does not work, the lights have completely stopped functioning, and the battery drains much faster than the stated 150 minutes. In addition, it appears to dock at the station but then moves away again, and even though the map is correct, it cannot find the station. All of these problems occur continuously.

As a user, I tried several solutions such as resetting the device and using different outlets, but none of them worked. My product is still under warranty, and I have the invoice. I also purchased it in installments.

I believe the issue is caused by the battery, and I request a free replacement battery under warranty. Additionally, if necessary, I ask that any repair or replacement solutions be carried out to resolve the problem.
