Today, I signed up for a 1-year Premium membership with Ewa English. During the payment process, the screen clearly displayed ₺99 as the total cost. I proceeded with the purchase thinking I was being charged ₺99. However, after the transaction, I discovered that I was actually charged $99, not ₺99—a massive and misleading difference. This is completely unacceptable. I have a screenshot of the payment screen showing the original price in ₺, and I can provide it as proof. I immediately want my membership canceled and a full refund issued. To make matters worse, the company doesn’t even have a reachable phone number or proper customer support.
