Ewa English Charged Without My Consent and Didn’t Provide Any Service

Ewa English has withdrawn ₺799 from my credit card without my knowledge or approval. About a year ago, I purchased a single package from their platform and paid in full at the time. I never signed up for automatic renewal, nor did I receive any notice or warning that another charge was coming. Yet they’ve taken this amount from my account without offering any new package or service in return.

This is unacceptable and feels like a clear case of unauthorized billing. I did not agree to any recurring payment, and there is no active subscription or content linked to this charge. I demand a full refund of the ₺799 that was charged to my card without permission. Ewa English must stop unauthorized charges and clearly inform users before any billing.
