The Ewa English app charged ₺1039 from my Google Pay account without my knowledge, consent, or any authorization on my part. I never approved any payment, nor did I knowingly subscribe to their Premium membership, yet they activated it automatically. This is a clear violation of my consumer rights. How can a company withdraw money from my card and enroll me in a paid plan without even notifying me? I immediately contacted them demanding a full refund and cancellation of this unauthorized membership, but I haven’t heard back.
