Ewa English Charged Without My Consent and Activated Premium Without Permission

The Ewa English app charged ₺1039 from my Google Pay account without my knowledge, consent, or any authorization on my part. I never approved any payment, nor did I knowingly subscribe to their Premium membership, yet they activated it automatically. This is a clear violation of my consumer rights. How can a company withdraw money from my card and enroll me in a paid plan without even notifying me? I immediately contacted them demanding a full refund and cancellation of this unauthorized membership, but I haven’t heard back. I want to know how this charge was processed behind my back and why Google Pay and my bank allowed this transaction to go through unchecked. Ewa English needs to respond now and return my ₺1039!
