I initially purchased a 3-month subscription to Ewa English and paid $39 (₺ equivalent). I used the app for that time, but once the subscription ended, they charged my card again for another 3-month period—without my permission or any prior notice. I did not authorize this renewal and was not informed that my payment details would be reused.
This kind of unauthorized charge is completely unacceptable. I demand that the additional charge be canceled immediately and the ₺ amount refunded to my card. I contacted the platform to request a refund, but they responded negatively and refused to resolve the issue.
I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this experience. Ewa English must take responsibility for these unauthorized charges and refund my money immediately. If not, I will pursue all available consumer rights and legal avenues.
