I Subscribed to Ewa English for ₺29 but Was Charged $29

I signed up for Ewa English thinking the charge would be ₺29, as stated during the confirmation. But to my shock, $29 was withdrawn from my account instead. That’s over ten times the amount I agreed to pay! This is completely misleading and feels like a blatant trick.

As soon as I noticed the incorrect charge, I attempted to cancel the subscription. However, the cancellation process didn’t work—there’s no clear option, and customer support has been completely unresponsive. According to their own policy, I’m entitled to a refund if I cancel within 14 days. Yet I haven’t received a single reply. This is a clear violation of consumer rights. I demand the immediate refund of the overcharged amount and a proper explanation.
