I Bought Ewa English Premium but It’s Missing

On March 2nd, I signed up for the Ewa English Premium membership using my email address i*********@gmail.com**. At the time of purchase, the listed price was clearly ₺39. However, to my shock, my bank account was charged $39 instead—that’s nearly 10 times the amount I expected to pay! Even worse, my account doesn’t show any active Premium membership at all. I’m a university student, and this unexpected charge has put me under real financial strain. I’ve tried contacting their support multiple times via email, but I haven’t received a single reply. This is unacceptable. Ewa English must immediately cancel my so-called subscription and refund the full $39 to my account. Ignoring paying customers like this is not okay—take action now!
