Europcar Sarajevo Airport Withholds $1,602 Security Deposit After Unharmed Rental

I rented a vehicle in my name from Europcar at Sarajevo Airport on May 24 and returned the vehicle on May 27 without any issues, with all checks completed, and without being informed of any damage or extra fees. During the rental, I paid a deposit of 2,750 BAM ($1,602).

Despite returning the vehicle without issues and completing all necessary procedures, my deposit has still not been refunded even though 15 days have passed. Throughout this period, I attempted to contact customer service multiple times, but despite waiting on the line for about half an hour, I was unable to get connected and could not reach a representative.

My reservation number is 1202696748. I demand that my deposit amount be refunded without delay and that necessary investigations be conducted regarding the customer service team's lack of communication to clarify the process.
