On August 21, 2025, I rented a Skoda Fabia 1.0 from Europcar’s Sarajevo Airport branch, and a deposit of $1,240 (approx. 1,600 BAM) was charged to my credit card. Although I returned the vehicle on August 25, 2025, in perfect condition, the deposit is still showing as a pending authorization on my card and has not been refunded.
I have emailed Europcar customer service multiple times, but I have not received any response or explanation regarding the delay. My reservation number is 119350*5**, and I am requesting that my deposit be refunded immediately.
I expect this issue to be resolved urgently, as such long delays in deposit refunds are unacceptable and unprofessional.
