DMR Car Rental Hasn’t Refunded My Deposit After Returning Vehicle

I rented a car from DMR Car Rental at the Sabiha Gökçen branch under contract number 22F879D40CA on March 16, 2024, and returned the vehicle on March 24. However, as of today, they still haven’t refunded the ₺7,000 deposit I paid. It’s been a frustrating experience trying to reach them—none of their phone numbers work, and I can’t get any response. I’ve fulfilled my part of the agreement, and it’s unacceptable that I haven’t received my deposit back. DMR Car Rental, I demand that you refund my deposit immediately and improve your customer service. This delay is unprofessional, and I need this resolved as soon as possible.
