Renticar and Dmr Car Delayed My Deposit Refund After Rental Return
I rented a car from Dmr Car through Renticar in April and was charged a ₺7,000 deposit. Despite returning the vehicle and waiting for the deposit to be refunded, I still haven’t received my money. When I contacted Renticar, they shifted the responsibility to Dmr Car, claiming that they are the ones responsible for the refund. I’ve been through similar situations before, and other companies like Y*** were able to resolve it promptly. I am frustrated with this back-and-forth and expect Renticar and Dmr Car to resolve the issue immediately and return my deposit. This delay is unacceptable, and I will not hesitate to take further action if necessary.
