Eurail Global Mobile Pass Rescheduling Issues
Three weeks ago, I bought a Eurail global mobile pass to travel around Europe. But my trip got delayed by a day. I attempted to contact customer service to change the ticket dates, but it appears that there is no phone or live chat support accessible. I shot off an email about the problem but didn't hear back until two weeks later. It's like they want me to pay almost the same amount just to change the dates, almost like I'm purchasing the ticket all over again. It's super annoying; all I want is to shift the date by only one day. This customer service is absolutely terrible, probably the worst I've experienced in a while.
