Eurail London To Paris Booking Experience
My girlfriend and I bought tickets from London to Paris using Eurail. But the final payment ended up being higher than what we had estimated. There were a lot of extra fees and charges that were not mentioned upfront. We tried to understand what these charges were, but couldn't figure it out. So, we ended up canceling the tickets only 2 hours later. But we were hit with a £65 insurance charge and extra 'Conversion fees' taken out of the refund. After a good 35 minutes of struggling, I finally got through to customer service, but they didn't offer any solution. They said that deductions made with standard explanations were typical. The customer service is just awful.
