I purchased a five-burner cooktop from Esty. When the service team arrived, they refused to uninstall the old cooktop without charging an additional fee of ₺100, claiming it wasn't part of their service.

During the installation process, there's no rule stating that everyone needs to start from scratch. When you buy a new product, you remove the old one and install the new one. Unfortunately, this service was not provided. Later, they will try to sell you a new hose by claiming that the old one is defective, and they'll attempt to sell a hose that costs ₺100 in the market for ₺400-500, alleging that it needs replacement. They are selling a product bought for ₺70-80 for ₺500. I won't even talk about the service quality yet; we haven't even gotten to the product.

I ended up installing the product myself, and while attaching the Flexi hose, I also replaced the valve. I used the provided gasket and attached it to the elbow of the cooktop, but it fit properly inside, leaving no space to tighten it. Two days later, it started leaking gas. While attempting to fix the elbow, I turned it without applying force, just holding the wrench, but the elbow burst.

When I called the service, they immediately blamed it on "user error" and refused to acknowledge the poor quality of their product. They offered to send a service technician at my expense.
