I'm detailing below the trouble I've encountered with the Esty electric cooktop. When the service technician arrived, they claimed the cooktop was functioning normally and refused to take any action. The customer service representative I contacted was also unhelpful. This is the second time this issue has occurred, and there's a high chance it could happen again at any moment. If this problem leads to any further damages and remains unresolved, Esty is responsible. I have children at home who use the cooktop, and there's a high risk of accidents like burns or fires occurring. Therefore, I'm demanding a replacement for the cooktop, and until a solution is provided, I'll be escalating my grievances and complaints to every necessary avenue.
