Esty Stove Installation Issues – Unsafe Mounting and Unacceptable Customer Support

I purchased an Esty stove, which exploded, and since it was under warranty, they offered to replace the glass. However, due to the waiting time, I bought a new stove from another company. When the company arrived for installation, they refused to complete it because the distance between the stove and hood was only 50 cm, while it should be 65 cm for safety. I contacted Esty again, explaining that the hood had been improperly installed, which posed a fire hazard, as I’ve been using it for over a year. They requested photos of the measurements, and when I sent them showing 49 cm, they asked me to measure to the inner filter. I measured again—this time it was 53 cm. But they still didn’t accept it, telling me I had to measure to the center of the filter. It felt like they would keep asking for different measurements until they got the 65 cm they wanted. Despite all my efforts, I couldn’t convince them. I ended up hiring someone to lift the hood myself. I asked Esty to send a technician to take the measurements themselves, but they insisted on charging a service fee. This is completely unfair. We’ve been ordering food for days due to this issue. This is unacceptable and inhumane. I will never purchase anything from this company again.
