Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a boiler from Beko Yalçınlar dealer in Mustafakemalpaşa, Bursa. During installation, the authorized service team found the boiler to be defective and said some parts needed to be replaced. Since the product was brand new, I refused the repair and requested a replacement. They told me no replacement was in stock, but later delivered a different model. The technician who did the second installation was inexperienced. He mounted the boiler poorly, and shortly after, it detached from the wall. We called the service again. This time, the technician dropped the boiler while reinstalling it. He then mounted it unevenly and did a poor job with the flue cut as well. After that, the boiler constantly lost pressure. The service blamed the radiators, but an independent technician confirmed there were no leaks. Later, the service claimed the pressure gauge was faulty and replaced several parts. Still, every winter we were left without heating for weeks. Even though the pressure stays below 1.5 bar, the boiler leaks water continuously. We had to place a bowl under it, which overflows regularly, damaging the ceiling of my downstairs neighbor. This caused serious tension between us. Now, the boiler has not worked for over 1.5 months. When I turn on hot water, it tries to start with a loud explosive noise. This sound is frightening, and one service technician was injured during inspection. Nearly every part has been replaced, including the heat exchanger and flue, yet the boiler is still not working. This faulty product now poses a safety risk to my family. It feels like a fire or explosion could happen at any moment. Therefore, I kindly request the following: That the defective unit be collected by the manufacturer, That it be replaced with a new and fully functional unit, Or if replacement is not possible, that a full refund based on the current value be provided. I expect your urgent support in resolving this matter. Sincerely, Sami D***
