Bosch Built-in Appliance Hidden Fees and Customer Blame Game

I bought a Bosch appliance that is built in. I told your Alibeykoy dealership during the buying process that only the oven of my active built-in appliance was broken. But since I was already buying, I figured, "Why not get the whole set?" When I went to the dealership, I explained the situation twice. I even brought it up when I bought it. After that, my product arrived in three days, and a customer service rep came in the evening. To my surprise, they wanted ₺950 to take out my working built-in appliance and put in the new one. It was also said that I was guilty when I wasn't. I told them over and over that this was their job, and if I had known, I would have been ready. It seemed like I should have known about the uninstallation fees by magic, but they kept trying to put the blame on me. How am I supposed to know about fees for taking away white goods that people only change two or three times in their lives?
