I bought a Bosch appliance that is built in. I told your Alibeykoy dealership during the buying process that only the oven of my active built-in appliance was broken. But since I was already buying, I figured, "Why not get the whole set?" When I went to the dealership, I explained the situation twice. I even brought it up when I bought it. After that, my product arrived in three days, and a customer service rep came in the evening. To my surprise, they wanted ₺950 to take out my working built-in appliance and put in the new one. This information wasn't given to me by the dealer, so I was shocked. No matter how hard I tried to explain this, my concerns were not taken seriously. It was also said that I was guilty when I wasn't. I told them over and over that this was their job, and if I had known, I would have been ready. It seemed like I should have known about the uninstallation fees by magic, but they kept trying to put the blame on me. How am I supposed to know about fees for taking away white goods that people only change two or three times in their lives? To sum up, be careful, don't put too much faith in your dealer, and don't pay extra for Bosch service. The service is terrible after the sale. Before the sale, everything is fine.
