I Bought Essence Mascara from Rossmann and It Has No Inner Wiper Seal



On 03.11.2024, I purchased an Essence brand mascara from a Rossmann store, and when I opened the packaging, I immediately noticed a serious defect: the inner wiper (vacuum seal) was completely missing. As a result, the brush is drenched in excess product every time I pull it out, and the bristles aren’t even visible because they’re so overloaded. This makes the mascara unusable and incredibly messy. Clearly, this is a manufacturing issue, and I’m disappointed that a quality control miss like this slipped through. I’m requesting Rossmann to address this issue and offer a replacement or refund. I’ve included photos showing the defect. Please resolve this promptly—I expected better quality from both Essence and Rossmann.
