Essence Mascara Was Dry & Eyeliner Smudged Badly – Caused Eye Irritation

I purchased an Essence mascara and eyeliner, but both products were extremely disappointing. The mascara was completely dry, making my eyelashes clump together instead of giving a smooth application. No matter how many times I washed my face, the eyeliner smudged badly, leaving my eyes covered in black residue.

I had never purchased from Eve stores before, and unfortunately, I regret trying these products. Not only was it a waste of money, but my eyes have been itching since yesterday!

I demand a refund or replacement for these low-quality products. Essence must ensure that their items are fresh and safe to use. Please resolve this issue.
