I Face Refund Problem After Canceling eSIM IO Package Purchase

After purchasing a package from eSIM IO, I immediately requested to cancel the purchase and asked for a refund of my payment. However, I have not received any response from the company.
It is unacceptable that once the payment is made, cancellation is not processed and customer support shows no interest in resolving the issue. This lack of communication and refusal to provide a refund leaves customers feeling ignored and cheated.
I am requesting that my payment be refunded without delay and that eSIM IO improve its customer service so buyers are not left without support when something goes wrong.
