I Face Incompatibility and Refund Refusal on eSIM io
I downloaded the eSIM io app to use during my trip abroad. Before traveling, I purchased a package and loaded $20 into the service. However, after completing the payment, I discovered that the app was not compatible with my phone.
I attempted to activate and test the eSIM, but it simply did not work. Only afterward, upon further research, I realized that my device was not supported. Despite never being able to use the service, I have not received any refund. I tried reaching out to the company for assistance, but no response was provided.
This has left me with both a financial loss and no usable service. Since I never consumed any data or activated the package, I am formally requesting a full refund of $20. Customers should not be left unsupported or ignored when they cannot use a service due to compatibility issues.
Esim.io must provide a clear refund process and proper customer support channels to prevent such experiences in the future.
