I downloaded the eSIM IO app to my phone and signed in. I saw both pay-as-you-go and package options, and I purchased the one that seemed most suitable for me. However, when I tried to activate it, I discovered that the package was not compatible with my phone.
Because of this, I want a refund for the internet package I purchased. I have been trying to resolve the issue since this morning, sending messages to customer support, but I have received no response at all. The lack of communication from customer service has left me very dissatisfied.
At this point, I have lost ₺2,000 for a service I cannot even use. I expect eSIM IO to provide a full refund immediately and to improve their customer support so others don’t face the same problem.
