eSIM.io Europe Data Plan Stopped Working Before My Data Was Used

Approximately eight days ago, I purchased a 10 GB Europe eSIM data package from eSIM.io for internet access while traveling abroad. After using roughly half of the data allowance, the service stopped working completely. For the past two days, I have been unable to access the internet despite having remaining data.

Whenever I try to use the connection, my device displays the following error message: "The request could not be completed. Please make sure your device is connected to the internet and try again." As a result, I have been unable to use the service I paid for.

I have spent approximately 10 hours communicating with eSIM.io support and repeatedly asking for assistance, but the issue has still not been resolved. I have not received any effective troubleshooting guidance, nor has the cause of the connectivity problem been clearly explained. Since I purchased this package for essential internet access during my trip, the interruption has caused significant inconvenience.

I respectfully request that this matter be resolved as soon as possible. If the service cannot be restored immediately and function reliably, I request a refund for the unusable portion of the package, taking into account the period during which I was unable to use the service. Alternatively, I request that my eSIM service be restored so that I can use the remaining data without further interruptions.
