I Face Unstable Connection and Refund Request for eSIM IO 10GB Plan in Dubai

I purchased a 10GB data plan from eSIM IO for $20.99 to use during my trip to Dubai. Unfortunately, this service has been a complete disappointment and left me in a very difficult situation.

The connection barely works. For example, I needed to use translation apps and navigation, but the internet constantly failed. When I switched airplane mode on and off, the service would work for 1–2 minutes and then disconnect again. This happened repeatedly, even though Dubai is a modern city with strong 5G coverage.

Out of frustration, I had to uninstall eSIM IO and switch to another provider’s app, which worked perfectly. To make matters worse, the data I couldn’t even use with eSIM IO still decreased as if I had consumed it. This is unacceptable.

I am requesting a full refund for the unusable service I purchased and asking eSIM IO to take responsibility for the poor experience it caused.
