Esimio eSIM Not Connecting Abroad — No Internet Access in Moscow
Since October 4, at 11:00 PM, I have not been able to connect to the internet using the eSIM I purchased from Esimio. I am currently in Moscow, and I urgently need internet access. I paid $25 for a 20 GB data package, and I still have 17 GB of data remaining, yet I cannot connect to the internet at all.
To fix the problem, I have restarted my device multiple times, removed and reinserted the eSIM, and tried every recommended troubleshooting step, but nothing worked. When I contacted customer support, they simply told me to wait and did not provide any real solution.
As I am currently abroad and without any internet connection, this issue has left me completely stranded and disconnected. I request that my eSIM service be restored immediately or that a full refund be issued for the non-functional data plan.
