I Face Constant Disconnection With eSIM IO 20GB Service in France

4Four days ago, I purchased the eSIM IO 20GB plan to use during my stay in France. For the first two days, the service worked quickly and without issues. However, starting today, I am facing constant connection drops.
I can use the internet for about two minutes, then the connection is lost. After about five minutes, it reconnects, only to disconnect again within a couple of minutes. This repeated disconnection cycle makes the service nearly unusable.
I kindly request that this issue be fixed as soon as possible. If the problem cannot be resolved, I expect a full refund for the amount I paid. Reliable service is critical, especially when traveling abroad, and I am very disappointed with this experience.
