Troubling Car Rental Experience with Enterprise

I had reserved a rental car online and paid for it seven days in advance. When I arrived to pick up the automobile, however, I was told that there was an issue with my address information on their computers. I have previously registered my details online with no errors. This happened on the last day before I was supposed to go on vacation with my family. This unforeseen problem generated a lot of problems, and I was confused about what to do next. They took my money and effectively stole a week of my rental time for seven days. Surprisingly, considering my experience with Enterprise, I decided to try Budget Rent a Car. Budget, to my amazement, accepted all of my information without hesitation and gave me a car. This experience clearly shows that the issue was not on my end. Enterprise's service quality is deplorable, and their actions have caused both financial and emotional suffering. It makes me wonder if their failure to offer good service has anything to do with my use of the Turk Telekom Prime promotion code. Regardless, I strongly suggest anyone thinking about renting a car from Enterprise to reconsider.
