eDreams Charging My Bank Account Monthly Without My Consent

I recently discovered that eDreams has been deducting money from my Standard Bank account in South Africa without my consent, apparently linked to a past flight booking. Since February 2026, an amount of approximately R229 ZAR has been taken from my account every month, and I was not informed or aware of any recurring charge or subscription related to this booking. I did not authorize these recurring deductions, and I only noticed them now when checking my bank statements. I have not yet contacted eDreams customer service or my bank about this issue, but I am writing this complaint to clearly state that these charges are not approved by me. I request that eDreams immediately cancel any subscription or recurring payment connected to my name or my Standard Bank card, and confirm in writing that no further deductions will be made in the future. In addition, I expect a full refund of all monthly amounts of R229 ZAR that have been taken from my account since February 2026 without my explicit consent.
