Türk Telekom Customer Service Won't Connect Me to a Live Representative

I have been using a Türk Telekom mobile line in Ankara, Türkiye, and for the last 3 days I have been unable to reach a human customer representative. Every time I call customer service, the system only directs me to the automated voice response and telesekreter, without giving me any option to speak to a live agent. Because of this, I cannot ask my questions or get proper support for my line, and this situation is causing serious inconvenience. I am requesting that Türk Telekom call me back as soon as possible and provide the opportunity to speak directly with a customer representative, and also make it easier to reach a live agent through customer service in such cases.
