Budget Car Rental Left Me Stranded on the Road
The car that I rented from Budget Car Rental broke down. I called for a tow truck, but the company didn't send a replacement car or help me in any way. I was abandoned by a company and left in the middle of the street with my dog and things. It was already midnight, and I had to figure out how to get home. My house was far away, and since it was Saturday, no taxi would take me. I was left feeling angry and hopeless. I couldn't believe how good the service was at Budget Car Rental. They left me stuck with no way out, which is totally unacceptable. I now have a very bad opinion of the company because of this, and I won't recommend them to anyone. I want Budget Car Rental to take responsibility for what they've done and give me a good answer to this problem.
