I did not knowingly use any specific app or identifiable website for this service, yet the payment was taken from my Touch ‘n Go account. I request a full refund of the RM26.00 that was charged and confirmation that there is no active subscription or any recurring payment linked to this IQ test or related service. I also ask for clear information on how my Touch ‘n Go account was charged so that I can prevent this from happening again.
