Enterprise Rent a Car Gave Me a Wrong Vehicle - No Solutions Offered

today I went to Enterprise Kadıkoy hoping to get the exact car I asked for. But, unfortunately, they told me they didn't have the car I wanted. Bummer! Even though I kept bugging them and explaining my reservation, they didn't even try to fix the problem or come up with another option. The staff seemed like they couldn't care less and didn't want to help me out, what did you let me rent that one in the first place? As a customer, I really appreciate rental services that are reliable and trustworthy. It's totally not cool to give me a totally different car than the one I booked, especially without telling me beforehand or giving me a reason. I'm really bummed about the lack of professionalism and customer service from Enterprise. It's seriously affecting how I see them as a legit rental company. I gotta say, I will never even think about renting from Enterprise again.
