I Paid Late Fee at Enterprise Bosnia and Still Haven’t Received My Deposit Back

I had one of the most frustrating car rental experiences ever with Enterprise in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I honestly don’t understand how this company operates under a global brand name. Despite being only 30 minutes late to return the car, they charged me a ₺20 penalty on the spot—no flexibility, no understanding, and no professionalism.

To make things worse, the car I originally booked was not even available. Instead, I was given a downgraded, older model that didn’t meet my expectations or match what I paid for. The staff were rude and dismissive, offering no apology or support for the inconvenience. It’s now been nearly two weeks since I returned the vehicle, and I still haven’t received my deposit back. No emails, no calls, nothing.

This is not how you treat customers who trust your brand. I urge Enterprise to immediately process my refund and offer a proper explanation for the poor service. I will never rent from them again, and I strongly advise others to look for more respectful and professional alternatives.
