Enterprise Car Rental Scam Alert

I want to share my experience renting a car from Enterprise, and it's crucial that you take this seriously, friends. They inflated a minor damage on the vehicle, turning it into a major issue, and handed me an exorbitant bill. This is my first-ever complaint against a business, and I'm doing it to prevent you from being victimized as well. If I can reach a few people and keep them away from such practices, it's worth it. The damage was minimal, but they, along with the service, exaggerated it, showing me non-existent issues and charging me a whopping ₺26,000. No loss of value, no actual damage – just a bunch of expenses they labeled as scratches. I paid because I didn't have the time and energy to fight back. My humble advice: pay a little extra, but rent from a reputable and trustworthy car rental company.
