Enterprise Rent a Car No Vehicle Availability and Poor Service
Every time I rent a car from Enterprise, they never have vehicles available, and when they do, they give me the worst ones. Once again, on June 21, 2023, for my reservation with confirmation number 231151463857, I paid an extra 500 TL compared to renting a Ford Ranger, only to be told that they don't have the Ranger available and can offer me a Toyota Hilux or cancel the reservation. I can't comprehend this level of rudeness. They keep subjecting me to the same problem with every rental. I tell them I can pick up the car from anywhere in Istanbul, but they always say there are no cars available. I will never rent from them again. I'm warning all customers reading this: Do not rent a car from Enterprise.
I am writing this message very late, but during the period I rented, my complaint was addressed and a gift voucher was offered. Additionally, my issue was resolved on the same day, and they provided the best service they could. Thank you...
