Enterprise Rent a Car Delivered A Car With Broken Headlights

I rented a car from the Enterprise Sabiha Gökçen branch on July 7, 2023. Both headlights were busted, which we discovered after they handed over the vehicle. We got stuck due to this issue on my way back at night. When we called roadside assistance, they advised us to have the headlights repaired and then sent them the bill for reimbursement. It cost us around 1,000 TL to get the repairs done. However, Enterprise is now refusing to cover the cost, claiming it is prohibitively expensive. This is absolutely incredible! We were not only forced to repair their vehicle but we were also left stranded and out of pocket. I can't believe Enterprise's lack of accountability and support in this situation. Sharing my experience is critical in alerting others to their poor service and lack of accountability.
