Seeking Compensation for 2023 Citroen Aircross Service Delay and Rental Costs

Citroen Öztek Adana branch has caused both material and moral damage to me! Following a traffic accident on July 17, 2023, I entrusted my 2023 Citroen Aircross model vehicle to the Öztek Citroen Adana branch for repairs. However, more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date, and I have been paying 1,200 TL each day for the rental car I've been using during this period. To make matters worse, my vehicle has yet to be repaired, and this delay is solely due to issues within the branch. It has been explained that such problems arose because one of the repairmen and other skilled workers left their positions, resulting in a decrease in efficiency. I should not have to endure any material or moral damage due to internal problems within a company. I find it highly disgraceful and unacceptable, especially for a reputable brand like Citroen. I demand compensation for the losses I have suffered.
