njoyTravel Charged ₺ but No Rental Car Was Available—Reservation Didn’t Exist

We booked a rental car through EnjoyTravel.com for June 25-28, 2023, in Lesbos, Greece. They charged our credit card €22 as a deposit, but when we arrived at their local partner agency, we were told our reservation didn’t exist and that there were no available cars. We were completely stranded with no alternative options. Despite reaching out to EnjoyTravel’s customer service via email, they refused to refund our deposit or take responsibility for the issue. This company took our money but provided zero service, ruining part of our vacation. Avoid EnjoyTravel! I demand a full refund of my deposit immediately. If you don’t want to risk being left without a car on your trip, don’t book through them!
