Enjoy Travel & Carthor Unjustified Deposit Deduction – No Support Provided

I rented a car in Montenegro through Enjoy Travel, which partnered with Carthor for the rental. Upon pickup, they charged me a €1,250 deposit. I returned the car in perfect condition, and the staff confirmed that everything was fine. However, despite this, €485 was deducted from my deposit without any explanation.

I immediately contacted Enjoy Travel, providing details of the situation. They did absolutely nothing to assist me and didn’t even bother to respond. This is a clear case of unjustified charges, and their lack of customer support is unacceptable. I strongly advise against renting through Enjoy Travel, as they fail to protect their customers from unfair charges. I expect a full refund of my wrongly deducted deposit!
