I booked a rental car through EnjoyTravel.com for October 27-30, 2023, in Antalya. The full payment was charged to my credit card in advance. However, when we arrived at the airport to pick up the car from their local partner, Active Rent A Car, no one answered our calls. We waited for an hour before someone finally picked up, only to tell us to "wait a little longer." After another hour of waiting, they stopped answering altogether, and their phone was turned off.
We immediately contacted EnjoyTravel.com via email, and they responded with generic excuses, claiming they would “get back to us.” But they never did. When we requested a refund, they simply ignored our request.
This company is completely unreliable and caused us serious inconvenience. They took our money, failed to provide the car, and refused to return our payment. EnjoyTravel.com must refund us immediately and stop working with shady rental companies that scam their customers!
