Enjoy Travel Booking Error Left Me Without a Rental Car—No Support

I booked a rental car through Enjoy Travel and was left completely stranded and helpless. Upon arriving in Europe, I went to pick up my car from their partner company, E*, only to find out that no reservation had been made in the system.

When I contacted customer service, they claimed that my reservation dates were in the past. However, I had correctly selected the dates when booking, but their system registered them incorrectly. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to help in any way, leaving me with no car and no solution.

Enjoy Travel, fix your system and provide real customer support! Travelers, beware—this company may mess up your reservation and leave you stranded without assistance!
