My Emporio Armani Bag Peeled Quickly—Yet Warranty Claim Was Rejected

I bought an Emporio Armani handbag from Boyner at Ankara Kent Park, and at the time of purchase, I was clearly told that the product came with a warranty. Despite using the bag very lightly, the leather on the bottom corners started peeling in a short period.
I sent the item in for evaluation, expecting a replacement or refund under the warranty. Instead, it was returned to me with a note saying “no manufacturing defect found.” So what exactly does this warranty cover? How can a premium-priced product start to fall apart so quickly, and how is that not considered a defect?
If the brand stands by its name, it should also stand by its quality and service. This situation is disappointing and unacceptable for a label like Emporio Armani. A return or product exchange should have been issued without question.
